   Year Graduated: 1964

I graduated in '64 and took Nursing school in Prince Albert at Victoria Union Hospital. I married in '68 and have 2 daughters in Alberta and a son in Sask.

I worked as a nurse casual basis while raising my children, then in 1991 went back to nursing full time. I work as a contract nurse in Canada's northwest Territories and Nunavut Territory during the winter months. I have worked in many communities including Norman Wells, Baker Lake Gjoa Haven, Igloolik, Rankin Inlet and currrently in Taloyoak. I have also done industrial nursing in most of the northern Sask mines and the polaris mine on Little Cornwallis Island, and the BHP Diamond mine and Lupin gold mine, all in the NWT.

In 1997 I took 2 years off from nursing and went to golf college in Temecula California and pursued a career in golf instruction. Each summer I instruct golf here in AB.

I currently call Caroline, AB home and enjoy spending time with my 5 grandsons who all live with in a 30 minute drive of my home. I travel extensively and enjoy skiing in winter and golfing in summer.
